Why yes, that is a horse drawn cart riding down a main street in Bogota, Colombia!

   Bogota is the capital city of Colombia, but that doesn’t mean you wont see the random horse drawn cart, or donkey strutting down the road.   I may have stopped and burst out laughing at how awesome sites like these are, but the locals don’t even bat an eye.

I love South America.
