There is so much to do in Las Vegas away from the Strip, and the Red Rock Climbing Center is one really cool thing to do!
This is one of the oldest indoor climbing centers in the country, having been in business for 20 years. It is inexpensive – you can visit for a day, a week, a month, or get a membership. You can take rock climbing instructions, intro courses, or just hire someone to train you for the day.
And with their auto-belays, you can go all by yourself and not have to worry about needing a partner to help you!
And you can rent all your gear free or really cheap! (It depends on the package you buy – check out their current packages and prices on their Climb page).
Red Rock Climbing Center is located at:
8201 W. Charleston Blvd. Ste. 150 Las Vegas, NV 89117, just down the street from red Rock Casino and Red Rock Canyon
You can them at 702.254.5604 or email them at sales@redrockclimbingcenter.com
This is something really cool and unique to do on your next trip to Vegas!
About Dani Blanchette
I am a freelance travel and music photographer and creator of GoingNomadic.com.
I love music, food, and exploring cities without guidebooks. I’ve flown a helicopter, hitchhiked down the east coast USA, and once snuck into the back of a zoo (in Serbia) and pet a lion.
I am always up for an adventure, and sometimes I videotape them.
