This is the view from the backyard of Moosehead Estates in Mattawa, Northern Ontario – where I stayed during a press trip to learn to ride ATVs.   Just 4 hours north of the bustle of Toronto, Mattawa is a small town full of nature, and amazing and serene views like this.

The deep blue, crystal waters of Lake Chant Plein, sit surrounded by lush green forest.  You can feel alone and with nature here.  It is the perfect place to just sit, and relax, and get away form the craziness of technology and life for a while.   It is also the perfect place to inspire a creative mood, and when I often look at this photo when I need inspiration or just a 5 minute “get away” break.
